Your apartment was wonderful. So clean and full of everything we could need. We had a great time in London and hope to be back some day!

Thank you for opening up your home to us. The stay was perfect even though this is the hottest summer since 1976! Loved being so close to Tower Bridge! We enjoyed theatre, sites and a concert at the Royal Albert Hall. This was "home" for our family of three for one week.

Great apartment for an all girls birthday party trip to London. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend your flat to all our friends! Thank you!

Wonderful time! Thank you for the extra special touches! Champagne and extra fan. Definitely will be back and will recommend to friends. Hopefully we will be back!

Thank you for use of flat. Had a wonderful time in London with the family. Flat was in a great area and everything was great, exceot maybe the 90 degree (F) heat - in London!

"Very nice"

I had a great time in this apartment. Everything was just like the pictures you see. A very nice place and very clean. There was enough space and looked very nice. I can't think of anything that can be better.

"Great location"

The flat location is great. Pimlico station is about 400 m away. Grosvenor road has quite heavy traffic so some noise existed at night time especially in the iving room. Battersea Park is nearby for some jogging. Altogether the flat suited for our purposes greatly. Everything  went as agreed.

"Enjoy!"

This is really a jewel of an experience. The flat is comfortable and has everything required. The small courtyard is perfect for coffee and some morning/evening air. The big surprise is this centrally located but lovely residential vibe. You get to stroll to get your morning coffe and croissant and if yoiu need a late night run to the convenience store or another bottle of wine or a quick haircut or manicure, it's all within a couple of blocks. The complete opposite of the impersonal hotel experience. Enjoy!

"Highly recommended"

Fantastic apartment, close to everything we needed (1 minute walk to shop, cafe & tube station). Alicja was very welcoming and helpful when we arrived... even thogh we turned up a bit early. The place was exactly as we expected, and the terrace was wonderful to sit and relax in the morninfs and evenings after long days wandering around London. The place was really furnished, and had everything we could have wanted in a "long weekender". We would highly recommend this for families up to 5, and would stay there again.

"We loved our stay in this flat"

This Bermondsey flat was our home away from home for 9 nights. We are three American sisters ages 57-60 who found the perfect place that afforded privacy and safety with affordable rates. It's beautifully renovated, in a locked, secure building that's only eight minutes' walk to the Bermondsey underground Tube station. We loved our stay in this flat, where we were welcomed by Alicja. After reviewing the house rules and answering our questions she handed over the keys. There was only one minor issue which Alicja handled by calling a plumber to address low water pressure in one bathroom. It was an easy fix and did not interfere with our stay. There is a great little deck attached to the flat, overlooking the walled courtyard....perfect for enjoying the cool mornings and evenings. Please keep in mind that voices carry when outside so keep conversations low. Otherwise, the neighbors may be disturbed. The kitchen is a dream, well equipped & upgraded with all new high end appliances and a Bosch stove and gas cooktop. Groceries may be purchased at the nearby food market, less than 10 minutes away. The 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full baths are perfect for families or, as in our case, a ladies getaway. Our beds were extremely comfortable. There is a good hairdryer in the middle bedroom as well as a washer and dryer combo in the utility closet. Plenty of cleaning supplies are at hand so we were able to maintain the flat during our 9 night stay. Garbage bin access is through a locked door outside of the building. Across the road from the flat is friendly Southwark Park, one of London's hidden gems. It is beautiful, a place full of gardens and a pond, plus walking and running trails.....so much to see and do there. We strongly recommend the park Cafe for excellent home cooked meals. Try the Sunday roast!! Back to the flat: we felt right at home in the clean, newly renovated surroundings. Next door is a primary school, and they're good neighbors. As for safety, this is a neighborhood in upward transition with lots of young people and families about. We liked being in the middle of things as we walked a lot each day and spoke to locals. Never felt unsafe. The photos don't do the flat justice. We hated to have to leave it.

"Beautiful apartment well located"

It's good to live in this beautiful apartment. We loved staying there. Photos perfectly match reality. It is well located, near the underground and from there it takes short time to arrive on tourist sites. We think to rent it again if we return to London. We advise around us.

"I loved this place"

I loved this place. It's very modern and comfortable and is immaculately clean, and just as the ad says, it has been decorated and furnished at the highest standard. It's very quiet. I never heard anything from within the building, and rarely heard anything from outside, even with the windows open. And it's big! I was alone, but it will sleep 5 very comfortably. There is a big and excellent television with many channels, and good WiFi access. The kitchen has new appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher) and a large supply of dishes, glassware, eating and cooking utensils, and pots and pans--all seem new. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, cereal, and spices, and there is a small Co-operative Food store about a block away, and a huge TESCO a few blocks away. The bathroom is modern, with a good shower and tub, and a washer-dryer (with laundry soap). The location is great--10 minute walk to London Bridge Station (trains and Underground), also to Tower Bridge and all the many restaurants along the river; buses stop practically right in front of the apartment building. I spend a lot of time in London, and always stay with my friends who live about a mile from this apartment. I was here this time for about a month, but there was a week in the middle of that time that construction was going on in their house, and I wanted to not be in the middle of it, so I rented an apartment. I've rented apartments in London, and other cities, many times over the past 20+ years, and I don't recall ever having a bad experience, but this apartment was definitely the best ever. I was treated most kindly throughout the entire experience. Making the reservation, and checking in and out couldn't have been easier, and a couple times when I had questions, my calls were answered immediately and very pleasantly (even one question which turned out to be a very stupid one on my part resulted in a kind response and a pleasant conversation). This was my first experience using Airbnb, and based on this experience, I will likely be a repeat Airbnb customer. I hope that my friends have construction in their house again, so that I can rent this apartment again.

"Ideal apartment and great location"

Tiziana is a very good host. She has a small team that hepled her efficently deal with my initial enquiries through the whole booking process to welcoming us in to our holiday home. A very stress free process I am happy to say. The apartment is exactly as advertised and was ideal for our family of four whom required 3 bedrooms. The location is great to access all of Londons attractions either by foot or using the nearby tube. The immediate neighboour hood is very quiet. The only issue we had was the nloise from the early morning refuse collection in the front bedroom which seemed to be every morning. I am a light sleeper admittedly and the back bedrooms where veru quiet our kids told us.

"Great time in London"

My two friends and I had a great time in London. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The renters are very quick with response and give nice, personal feedback. We loved the styling, the kitchen, the big closets and the neighbourhood. The area is really calm and the Tower Bridge only a few minutes away. We enjoyed the stylish restaurants in the warehouse area near the bridge where they served Share with Friend menu's. The walk to the subway is about 10 minutes, a little bit further away than we thought. We had loved a bigger couch or some comfortable chairs where we could relax after strolling through London all day because there is plenty of space in the livingroom. But what was really great, is that we were able to leave our luggage the day of departure. Otherwise we would have had a problem. Would love to come back again some day.

"Comfortable, clean and convenient"

The flat was very comfortable and clean. That was nice to be there. It was exactly like on the pictures. Tea, coffee, sugar were provided which is nice when you are there only for a few days. "Lovely and warm apartment"

The apartment is exactly as in the photos. It is a lovely and warm apartment supplied with all the things you need to spend some days in London. It is close to the bus stop and Pimlico tube station. There is a nice pub (The Grosvenor) very close to the apartment and not so far there is a Tesco express. A staff member greeted us in the apartment very late at night due to our flight delay. He was very communicative and helpful, thank you very much! I would stay there again, definitely.

"Well located, well furnished and clean"

We stayed in this flat close to Tower Bridge from the 26th until the 30th of December 2015. We would definitely like to recommend it: it is well located, ideal for 4/5 people, it is well furnished and we found it clean. The decoration is modern and we felt comfortable inside. We were prefectly welcomed and supported to book a cab to Heathrow and we appreciated a lot the services provided. Thank you again for this moment.

“Fall in London”

We recently spent a week in London in a newly decorated apartment with all of the required amenities. Location was fantastic, just a few blocks from Chad Thames where there are many choices in restaurants and excellent views of the river and the Tower of London. Check in and out was easy, we decided to book both to and from the hotel via Nicks Cab which was fun and a great intro to the city as Nick made his way to the apartment while driving close to many of the main attractions. Access to food was easy, local pub on the corner open till ten, small shop on the corner with most main items, large food shop two blocks away. Transportation was easy, we used Tower above ground to Greenwich and underground to the city, we also used London Bridge station for variety depending upon where we were going. Walking was very safe, minutes from the Tower of London, The Globe, the Tate, and across millennium ridge to St Paul's. If you go you will have a great time, bring good walking shoes and a good camera, there is lots to see and do. We are thinking of trying this companies apartments in Poland as we found them easy and reliable to deal with.

Close to Tower Bridge”

The apartment was beautifully finished, newly renovated with high ceilings and with nice finishes. It is located close to Tower Bridge with a nice bar across the road. The apartment backs onto another housing estate with windows over looking this area. The entrance has a number of steps before reaching the elevator to bring you to the floor needed. The common areas of the building need a little TLC but the apartment itself has been finished to a very high standard.

“Lovely apartment”

Tiziana manages a lovely apartment in the fun neighborhood of Clerkenwell. The exterior of the building is modest, but the interior of the flat is terrific, modern, clean, fresh, and airy with good windows for cross ventilation (during our June visit) and light. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are really clean and fresh. The terrace is a great addition to the space. The immediate neighborhood around the apartment is quiet at night and we slept with the windows open. Five adults stayed comfortably during our week, mom and dad and three members of the younger generation in their twenties. The location is terrific with fun pubs and restaurants just blocks away and the nearby Leathery Lane street market open each weekday during lunch. You can walk to the British Museum, the Courtauld Gallery, the Tate Modern, St. Paul's Cathedral, Exmouth Market and many other sights. We had a wonderful stay in London and felt happy to come home each night to our flat in Clerkenwell.

What a wonderful flat in a great location!”

Our family of 5 were so comfortable here and we loved how close we were to EVERYTHING! We ended up doing a lot of walking - we could walk to Smithfield Market, St. Paul's, Covent Garden and even Trafalgar Square when it was too crowded to catch the tube on New Year's Eve. There were markets and coffee shops close by. This area was a little quieter - not sure if it always is or just because of the holiday - we really liked that since it was quiet at night. We felt safe and secure there. Our hosts were there if we needed anything but we really did not need to bother them - they supplied information on the area including guide books and Oyster cards which we topped up and used without a hassle. This was a much better option for us than a hotel - with 3 teenagers we needed a little more space. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

“A fantastic break”

Accommodation was as spacious and homely as expected, with generous rooms and a comfortable lounge area. The TiVo was a welcome surprise - giving plenty of choice for kids TV and for winding down at night. The location proved excellent for us, with Chancery Lane tube station only 5 mins away, providing a quick and direct link to the sights we planned to see and visit. The local area has a real buzz about it during the week and has more places and variety to eat than I could count, with a Konditor & Cook round the corner doing delicious lunches and amazing cakes. The Leather Lane market gave us our first proper introduction to street food - so much choice, almost impossible to choose! This has been my first experience booking through Airbnb and I couldn't fault the experience, we had a fantastic break.

“Wonderfully Situated to Explore London!”

I and three other adults rented this flat for the week following Easter. We found it to be accurately portrayed in the photos. While some furnishings had changed, overall the photos depicted the space well. Like the photos, it was clean and quaint. What I liked most was its location. Situated just inside the old city limits, there were many historical buildings at the doorstep to appreciate. A London Walking Tour began just a block away and was well worth the nominal fee. The Chancery Station tube stop was very near. It was very quiet at night for sleeping and yet was just a few blocks away from the city's bustle. The bed linens were very good and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The now mandatory wireless internet access was flawless as was the cable television. All in all I was very pleased with this property and will rent it again on my next visit to this fabulous city.

Excellent accommodation to explore London”

Excellent accommodation! Very clean and tidy, really well equipped, with a few really nice touches that really helped you explore the local area and the rest of London! Great recommendations and information available from Tiziana (the owner). Perfect place for exploring London. We arrived during the week when the local street market was on which was nice. Good street food and some really nice local pubs. The house is only a few minutes walk to the nearest tube, however we walked everywhere. Only had a short stay for my Mums birthday - wish we could've stayed longer. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you Tiziana for such a lovely stay :0)
